By accessing or using our website, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and Conditions (the “User Agreement”). This site is owned and operated by FNTOUCH GALLERY (Registration No: TRAD/DNCC/057277/2022). We reserve the right to modify or update these Terms at any time without prior notice. When you register, you will receive an account and password. You are responsible for keeping this information confidential and for all activities under your account. You agree to notify FNTOUCHGALLERY immediately of any unauthorized access or use, and properly sign out at the end of each session. We are not liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to secure your account.
Services
FNTOUCH GALLERY provides online services, including the purchase of custom-designed merchandise. Payments can be made using different methods, and once an order is placed, we will arrange shipment. You are responsible for payment upon delivery or confirmation.
Privacy
By using this site, you confirm that you have read and accepted our Privacy Policy, which governs how we collect and use your information.
User Conduct
You agree to use the site responsibly. Prohibited actions include posting offensive, defamatory, or unlawful content, uploading viruses or harmful files, infringing intellectual property rights, misusing services such as contests or chain letters, and violating applicable laws in or outside Bangladesh.
Discounts
Only one discount method can be used per order. Free delivery items are excluded from coupon discounts. If a payment gateway discount is applied, coupon discounts cannot be used.
Product Information
We strive for accuracy in product descriptions but do not guarantee error-free information. If a product is not as described, you may return it unused.
Returns & Replacements
You may request a return or replacement if the request is made within 3 days of delivery, items are unused and in original condition, and the issue is due to damage, wrong product, size, or color mismatch. Refunds/replacements are subject to inspection and stock availability.
Policy
Refunds are processed within 7–10 working days after evaluation. Delivery charges and COD fees are non-refundable. Refunds will be made to the original payment method.
Order Cancellation
Orders may be canceled during the confirmation call. Paid orders canceled will be refunded in full to the original payment method.
Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise noted, FNTOUCH GALLERY owns all intellectual property rights on this website, including text, graphics, trademarks, and content. You may not reproduce or distribute any content without our written permission.
Legal Disputes & Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Bangladesh. Disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Dhaka. Arbitration may be used for quicker resolution.
Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability
While FNTOUCH GALLERY strives for accuracy, we do not guarantee error-free services. We are not liable for damages caused by service interruptions, incorrect product details, or technical failures beyond our control.
Payment & Shipping
We accept COD, debit/credit cards, and mobile banking (e.g., bKash, Rocket). Shipping times are estimates only; delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances.
Fraud & Unauthorized Use
We actively monitor fraudulent activities and reserve the right to cancel suspicious orders without liability. Customers engaging in fraudulent actions may be restricted from using the platform.
Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the website ends immediately.
Updates
We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes are effective immediately upon posting.

FNTOUCHGALLERY অনলাইনে কাস্টম ডিজাইনকৃত পণ্য কেনার সুযোগ দেয়। আপনার অর্ডার কনফার্ম হওয়ার পর আমরা তা ডেলিভারি করব এবং আপনি এর মূল্য পরিশোধের জন্য দায়ী থাকবেন।

পেমেন্ট গেটওয়ে ডিসকাউন্ট ব্যবহার করলে কুপন ডিসকাউন্ট প্রযোজ্য নয়।
পণ্যের বিবরণ
আমরা যথাসম্ভব সঠিক তথ্য দেওয়ার চেষ্টা করি, তবে ভুল হতে পারে। পণ্য বর্ণনার সাথে না মিললে, তা অব্যবহৃত অবস্থায় ফেরত দেওয়া যাবে।
রিটার্ন ও রিপ্লেসমেন্ট
আপনি পণ্য ফেরত দিতে পারবেন যদি:
ডেলিভারির ৩ দিনের মধ্যে অনুরোধ করেন।
পণ্য অব্যবহৃত এবং মূল অবস্থায় থাকে।
সমস্যা হয় ক্ষতি, ভুল সাইজ, ভুল রঙ বা ভুল পণ্য পাঠানো।
রিফান্ড নীতি
রিফান্ড ৭–১০ কর্মদিবসের মধ্যে সম্পন্ন হয়।
ডেলিভারি চার্জ ও COD চার্জ ফেরতযোগ্য নয়।
রিফান্ড মূল পেমেন্ট পদ্ধতিতেই দেওয়া হবে।
অর্ডার বাতিল
অর্ডার কনফার্মেশন কলের সময় বাতিল করা যাবে।
অনলাইন পেমেন্টকৃত অর্ডার বাতিল হলে টাকা ফেরত দেওয়া হবে।
মেধাস্বত্ব
FNTOUCHGALLERY ওয়েবসাইটের সকল কন্টেন্ট, লেখা, গ্রাফিক্স, লোগো এবং ট্রেডমার্কের মালিক। অনুমতি ছাড়া এগুলো ব্যবহার করা যাবে না।
আইন ও বিরোধ নিষ্পত্তি
এই শর্তাবলী বাংলাদেশের আইন অনুযায়ী পরিচালিত হবে। যেকোনো বিরোধের ক্ষেত্রে ঢাকা কোর্টের এখতিয়ার থাকবে। দ্রুত সমাধানের জন্য সালিশ (Arbitration) ব্যবহার করা যেতে পারে।
দায়সীমা
FNTOUCHGALLERY সঠিক তথ্য প্রদানে সচেষ্ট হলেও কোনো ভুল বা প্রযুক্তিগত সমস্যার কারণে ক্ষতির জন্য দায়ী থাকবে না।
পেমেন্ট ও শিপমেন্ট
আমরা COD, ডেবিট/ক্রেডিট কার্ড, এবং মোবাইল ব্যাংকিং (বিকাশ, রকেট ইত্যাদি) গ্রহণ করি। শিপমেন্ট সময় অনুমান নির্ভর এবং বিলম্ব হতে পারে।
প্রতারণা ও অননুমোদিত ব্যবহার
আমরা সব ধরনের প্রতারণামূলক কর্মকাণ্ড পর্যবেক্ষণ করি এবং সন্দেহজনক অর্ডার বাতিল করার অধিকার রাখি।
সমাপ্তি
আপনি যদি শর্ত ভঙ্গ করেন, FNTOUCHGALLERY আপনার অ্যাকাউন্ট স্থগিত বা বাতিল করতে পারে।
হালনাগাদ
আমরা যেকোনো সময় শর্তাবলী পরিবর্তন করতে পারি। ওয়েবসাইটে প্রকাশিত হলেই তা কার্যকর হবে।
